Jenn Cazanov-Diggs has a diverse professional background in customer success and education, currently serving as a Customer Success & Growth team member at UDisc since April 2023. As a member of Gain Grow Retain since July 2022, Jenn contributes to a community aimed at supporting B2B SaaS customer success leaders. Prior experience includes a role as Customer Success Specialist at MyHealthMath and Lead Teacher at West Contra Costa Unified School District, where Jenn employed data-driven strategies to enhance student learning.
