Ashley Constantino serves as the HR Leader for US Brand Growth and Global Brand Development at Kenvue since May 2023, specializing in the Consumer Health sector of Johnson & Johnson. Prior to this role, Ashley held various HR leadership positions at Johnson & Johnson, including HR Leader for US Connected Commerce and Consumer Business Intelligence, and extensively worked in talent acquisition across divisions. Earlier experience includes multiple roles at Aerotek, where Ashley functioned as an Account Manager and Recruiter.
