Erica Rajabi has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. Erica started their career at the American Cancer Society as a Science and Data Analyst, where they managed cancer control data and supported initiatives to increase funding and access to clinical trials. Erica then worked at Moffitt Cancer Center as an Administrative Resident and Joint Commission/Accreditation Specialist. At Stanford University Medical Center, they served as an Accreditation, Regulatory, and Quality Manager before becoming the Cancer Center Operations Manager. Erica then joined NYU Langone Health, where they held roles as an Administrative Director and Senior Administrative Director. Currently, they are working at UCSF Health as the Vice President of Women's Health Services and Adult Services at Mission Bay, where they are responsible for developing operational strategies and ensuring excellence in women's health services across the organization.
Erica Rajabi obtained a Bachelor of Health Science degree in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation from the University of Florida from 1998 to 2002. Erica then pursued a Master of Health Administration degree in Hospital Administration from the University of South Florida from 2002 to 2004. Later, in 2010 to 2011, they attended the Stanford University Medical Center for the SHC Leadership Academy, although their field of study for this program is unspecified.
