Hayley Iannantuoni is an experienced social worker currently serving as an Inpatient Social Worker at Silver Hill Hospital since November 2022. In this role, Iannantuoni performs psychosocial assessments, develops treatment goals and discharge plans, facilitates Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) groups, and conducts family meetings to ensure comprehensive patient care. Prior to this position, Iannantuoni worked as a Milieu Therapist at Newport Healthcare from May 2021 to October 2022, where responsibilities included conducting risk assessments, managing crises, and collaborating on program development. Iannantuoni holds a Master's degree in Social Work from Southern Connecticut State University, completed in May 2020.
