Charles Wells is an accomplished Product Manager and entrepreneur with extensive experience in the food and technology sectors. Currently serving as Senior Product Manager at Founder and Lightning since March 2023, Charles previously managed product development at Zoom by Ocado from September 2022 to March 2023, overseeing apps and internal implementations. As a founding member and Product Manager at Rassa from September 2020 to September 2022, Charles contributed to creating a learning platform for skill development. Additional experience includes consulting at Nitisha Patel Food Consultancy and roles in operations and development at various food establishments, alongside culinary positions such as Chef and Banqueting Chef. Charles holds a BA (Hons) in Business Strategy and Enterprise Management from Middlesex University, a degree in Culinary Arts and Business Management from London South Bank University, and a Professional Chef Diploma from Westminster Kingsway College.
