Tim Hammack is an accomplished chef with extensive experience in the culinary industry. Currently serving as Executive Chef at Morrison Healthcare since January 2024, Tim previously held the position of Executive Chef for multiple events at Repris Wines, Texture Wines, and Pangloss Cellars from August 2020 to August 2023, specializing in fine dining experiences and wine pairings. Before that, Tim worked as Event Chef at Componere Fine Catering from January 2006 to March 2020, and also owned and operated Homage Artisan Eatery, a fast casual restaurant focusing on fresh, local ingredients from January 2018 to January 2020. Earlier career highlights include serving as Vice President of Programs at Bay Area Rescue Mission from 2002 to 2018, and working as Executive Chef at Bohemian Elegance Catering, a farm-to-table venture emphasizing local producers, from 2002 to 2011.
