LaChondia Reece has extensive experience in administrative and provider support roles, currently serving as Administrative Assistant II/Provider Network Support Specialist at UCAN in Chicago since September 2012, where responsibilities include supporting 80 therapists and implementing credentialing with various commercial and managed care organizations. Prior to this, LaChondia held multiple positions at JPMorgan Chase from September 1997 to June 2010, including Implementation Specialist in Treasury & Security Services, where LaChondia processed user requests and exceeded productivity goals, as well as Senior Operations Specialist in Domestic Collections, providing customer service for NSF checks. LaChondia holds a Bachelor of Arts in Multi/Interdisciplinary Studies from Governors State University and an Associate of Arts in Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resource from Richard J. Daley College.
