Susana Molnar-Varghese, Rev. Dr. is an experienced professional currently serving as the Communications & Office Manager to the CEO of the UBS Optimus Foundation and Chief of Staff for the Group Data Management Office at UBS since July 2017. Prior experience includes serving as a Symposium Coordinator at Norlha, a Lifestyle Entrepreneur at thrive! Molnar Holistic Health, and various roles at UBS Wealth Management from 2006 to 2012, including Business Manager for Philanthropy Services & Values-Based Investing. Earlier experience includes the role of Director of Student Affairs at Hawaii Healing Arts College. Susana holds a Master of Science in Transpersonal Psychology from Liverpool John Moores University, a Doctor of Ministry in Interfaith Dialogue and Emotional Intelligence from The New Seminary for Interfaith Studies, a Bachelor of Arts in East Asian Studies/International Perspectives from the University at Albany, and has studied at St. John's University and the Fashion Institute of Technology.
