Alberto Martinico is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in global HR transformations and recruitment. Currently serving as a Senior HR Lifecycle specialist focusing on global layoffs at Remote since October 2022, Alberto previously held various HR roles at Johnson & Johnson from September 2018 to October 2022, including Lead of Global HR Transformations and Supervisor for Recruitment & Onboarding in the EMEA region. Prior experience includes roles at Amazon, where Alberto was responsible for HR quality management and logistics operations, and at McDonald's Corporation and iRepair, where early career skills were developed.
