Suzannah Lott has a long and varied work experience. In 2021, they are currently working as Manager, Account Executive at Ubiquitous, where they are unlocking influencer marketing for the biggest brands in the world with a heavy focus on TikTok. Suzannah also holds the role of Lead Client Success Manager at the same company. In 2020, they were Community and Brand Partnerships Manager at Saalt. From 2017 to 2020, they worked at Boise State University as Student Organizations Coordinator, Student Involvement and Leadership Center, where they served as primary contact for 200 student organizations and eight university departments providing daily support through online organization and event management system. From 2015 to 2017, they worked as Assistant Director Curricular Programs, Center for Leadership & Civic Engagement at East Carolina University. In 2015, they were an Independent Consultant at Louisiana State University Greek Life. From 2013 to 2014, they were a Graduate Assistant - Greek Life at Louisiana State University. In 2014, they were a NODA Intern at The University of North Carolina at Greensboro (UNCG). From 2011 to 2013, they were a Leadership Consultant at Sigma Kappa Sorority. From 2010 to 2011, they were University Unions and Student Activities : Event Planning Office Assistant and Orientation Leader at Virginia Tech.

Suzannah Lott obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in History from Virginia Tech in 2011 and a Master of Arts (M.A.) in Higher Education/Higher Education Administration from Louisiana State University in 2015.
