Gizem Şenalp has a wealth of work experience, starting with their role as Assistant Software Test Engineer at Havelsan in 2009. Gizem then moved to Dokuzsekiz Müzik Yapım in 2011 as Organisation Coordinator. Later that year, they began working at ESET as a Business Analyst - Social Media Specialist. In 2012, they became a Business Analyst at Yurtiçi Kargo Servisi A.Ş. In 2014, Gizem joined IBM as an IT Consultant and IT Business Analyst. In 2016, they were a Senior Business Analyst at SmartMessage. From 2017 to 2022, Gizem worked at İnnova Bilişim in various roles, including Senior Project Manager, Project Manager, Senior Project Management Specialist, and Presales Consultant. Finally, in 2022, Gizem joined UberCloud as a Project Manager.

Gizem Åženalp completed their Bachelor of Science in Computer Technology and Information Systems from Bilkent University in 2010. Gizem then went on to earn their Master of Business Administration in Defense Resources Management from the Turkish War Academy Strategic Research Institute in 2013. In 2016, they obtained their IBM Design Thinking Practitioner certification from IBM.
