Paulo Pinto Lezama is a seasoned business manager with extensive experience in commercial strategy development across the Americas and Latin America. Currently serving as the Business Manager-Americas at intive since August 2024, Paulo focuses on developing new corporate client business. Previously at MessageBird, Paulo led expansion strategies across multiple Latin American countries, including Peru, Ecuador, Chile, Argentina, and Brazil. With a strong background in consultative sales for corporate clients, Paulo has held key positions at Masiv, GBA Smart Marketing, and Sentinel Perú. Paulo also has significant experience in management roles at Experian and in the commercial banking sector with Banco Financiero del Perú and Scotiabank. Educational qualifications include specializations in commercial management and marketing from Esade and Universidad del Pacífico, as well as an MBA in Administration and Finance from Universidad ESAN.
