Carlos M Florez, MBA, PMP, CSM, is a seasoned project and program manager with extensive experience in SAP consulting and implementation across various industries. Currently serving as Senior Project Program Manager at Utegration LLC since October 2021, Carlos has previously held senior positions with companies such as SYNLAB International, Brightstar Corp., Inter-American Development Bank, and IBM, where Carlos managed large-scale ERP/SAP implementations and global business transformation initiatives. With an MBA from the University of Miami and additional certifications in digital transformation from MIT, Carlos possesses a strong foundation in management, finance, and operations, enabling successful project execution and integration of complex systems on a global scale.
