Sera Chalayan-Cessna, MBA, CLCS, SM, AINS, currently serves as Underwriting Manager and previously held roles including Underwriter IV and Underwriter II at U.S. Risk, LLC since May 2019. Prior experience includes Area Vice President at Gallagher, focusing on insurance placements for Non-Profit and Valet/Parking Garage sectors, and a Contractor role with U.S. Risk while pursuing an MBA. Sera led a team at Philadelphia Insurance Companies, coordinating the E&S Division Account Management Team and managing eight Account Executives. Additional experience includes roles at RT Specialty Insurance Services and SERAPHotography. Sera holds an MBA from Chapman University and a Bachelor's in Fine Arts, Creative Writing from the same institution, complemented by early education at Laguna Hills High School and Carden Academy of Basic Education.
