Margarita Elliot, LL.B. M.P.H, currently serves as a Technical Consultant at the Ministry of Health Suriname, focusing on developing a CLM Plan to enhance health service delivery through community engagement. As the Chief Executive Officer of Uwàmìto Consulting, Margarita supports leadership development and organizational improvement in the human development sector. Previous roles include Lead Technical Consultant for the Pan American Health Organization, Regional Consultant for FHI 360 and ICASO, and Chairperson of the Caribbean Red Cross Health Network. Margarita holds a Master of Public Health from the University of Roehampton, a Diploma in Humanitarian Diplomacy from Diplo Foundation, and a Bachelor of Laws from the University of London.
