Chris Hart, IMC, possesses extensive experience in communications and public affairs, currently serving as the Director of Communications for Patient Care Services at the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs. Previously, Chris operated as the owner of Hart Divers International and held significant roles at the U.S. Department of State, where responsibilities included Senior Public Affairs Officer for International Media Engagement and Digital Content Chief for Education and Cultural Affairs. Additional experience includes serving as Illinois Public Affairs Officer at USDA Rural Development and Communications Specialist at NOAA. Chris Hart holds a Master of Science degree in Integrated Marketing & Communications from West Virginia University, complemented by education from Nova Southeastern University.
