Katherine (Kayla) Clinton is an experienced healthcare administrator currently serving as a Board Member for LeadingAge Wisconsin since April 2022 and as the Administrator for Rocky Knoll Health Care Center in Sheboygan County since September 2017. At Rocky Knoll, a skilled nursing facility in Plymouth, Wisconsin, Katherine oversees nearly 200 employees while focusing on a resident-centered care approach for up to 149 residents. Prior roles include Executive Director at Golden Living, where Katherine managed operations for both a 144-bed and a 64-bed facility, and Administrator at Good Samaritan Society, responsible for a 50-bed long-term care facility with additional senior housing.
