Jessica Anderson has extensive experience in benefits administration and customer care, currently serving as a Benefits and Appeals Specialist at UMWA Health and Retirement Funds since March 2017, following a role as Senior Beneficiary Care Representative. Prior to this, Jessica was an Adjunct Instructor at West Virginia University Institute of Technology from 2016 to 2017 and had managerial experience as the Assistant General Manager at Bob Evans Farms, Inc. from December 2011 to July 2014. Jessica earned a Bachelor of Science in Biology and a minor in Professional, Technical, Business, and Scientific Writing from West Virginia University Institute of Technology.
