Gary Kinsley has extensive experience in human resources and military service. Currently serving as the Human Resources Manager at E.C. Styberg Engineering Inc since November 2010, Gary oversees policies, programs, contract negotiations, personnel records, hiring processes, and workman's compensation, along with responsibilities related to building maintenance and security. Prior to this role, Gary served in the US Navy as Ship's Serviceman 1st Class ESWS from September 1983 to May 1994. Educationally, Gary holds a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management and Services from UW Parkside, earned between 2015 and 2019, and an Associate's degree in Accounting from Gateway Technical College, obtained from 2005 to 2009.
