Patrick Nguyen is an experienced professional in customer success and banking, currently serving as National Manager of Customer Success at Tyro Payments since September 2021. Patrick has held various leadership roles, including Acting Head of Customer Success and National Manager for Franchise, License & Member Groups. Prior to Tyro Payments, Patrick spent over 12 years at Commonwealth Bank, where responsibilities included Relationship Executive and Franchise Banking Manager, among other roles. Early career experience includes positions at Gizmo as a Customer Solutions Representative and at Douglass Hanly Moir Pathology as a Technical Officer. Patrick holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from the University of Technology Sydney.
