Lauren Schuit has extensive work experience in various roles at Tyro Payments and ING DIRECT Australia. At Tyro Payments, they served as the Head of Customer Support starting in October 2022, and prior to that, they were the Head of Customer Operations and Strategy from December 2018 to May 2023. Additionally, they held the position of Sales Operations and Strategy Manager from November 2017 to December 2018 and was a Process Improvement Specialist from August 2017 to November 2017. At ING DIRECT Australia, they worked as a Sales Improvement Lead from February 2008 to August 2017, where they played a key role in developing and implementing sales performance improvement initiatives.
Lauren Schuit has a Diploma of Business from the University of New England (AU) which was obtained from 2015 to 2016. Prior to that, they obtained a Diploma of Management from the University of Technology Sydney from 2011 to 2012. In 2010, they also obtained a Certificate IV in Financial Services from the Australian Institute of Financial Services. In terms of their secondary education, Lauren Schuit received a Higher School Certificate from Gosford High School from 2000 to 2005. Additionally, they hold a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt certification from UTS: University of Technology Sydney which was obtained in August 2014.
