Tim Burn is the current Vice President of Translational and Data Sciences at Tyra Biosciences. Tim has over 25 years of experience in the biotech industry, including 19 years at Incyte, where they served as Vice President of Bioinformatics and Molecular Diagnostics, Translational Sciences, Executive Director, and Senior Director. Prior to Incyte, they were at DuPont Pharmaceuticals for 4 years, where they held positions as Director and Associate Director. Tim also spent a year as a Senior Research Scientist at DuPont Merck, and 3 years as a Research Scientist at Genzyme. Tim Burn began their career as a Research Fellow at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, where they spent 4 years. Tim has a proven track record in personalized medicine, clinicogenomics, companion diagnostics, and translational medicine.

Dr. Tim Burn received their Ph.D. in Biochemistry/Molecular Biology from the University of Oklahoma College of Medicine. Tim also holds a degree in Biology from Worcester Polytechnic Institute.
