Nicolas Rodriguez-Arias has a diverse and extensive work experience. Nicolas began their career as a Lawyer at Banco Santander Central Hispano, where they worked from 1997 to 2000. Nicolas then joined Hay Training (Hay Group) as a Consultant from 2000 to 2002. From 2002 to 2005, they worked for Pfizer in the field of learning, development, and internal communication. Nicolas then worked as a Senior Consultant at Dopp Consultores from 2005 to 2007. From 2007 to 2013, they had various roles at Mondelez International (former Kraft Foods), including Training Manager, HR Business Partner, and Learning & Development Manager for Spain and Portugal. Currently, Nicolas is the HR Director at TYPSA, a group of consulting engineering firms with a global presence.
