Gregory Chin has a range of work experience in various roles related to recruiting and talent acquisition. Gregory currently works as a Corporate Recruiter at Halff Associates since November 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Rodan + Fields as a Senior Technical Recruiter - Team Lead - Contract from April 2022 to November 2022. Gregory also has experience at NOV, where they held two positions - Talent Acquisition Manager - Western Hemisphere from August 2021 to May 2022, and Talent Acquisition Specialist - Team Lead from March 2021 to May 2022. Before that, they worked as an Executive Search Consultant - Technical at Whitaker Companies from August 2020 to January 2021. Gregory also worked as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at National Oilwell Varco from December 2019 to August 2020, and as a Senior Recruiter Team Lead at Maxim Healthcare Services from January 2018 to August 2019. Prior to their roles in recruiting, Gregory held positions at iHeartMedia as a Program Assistant/Creative Lead from January 2017 to July 2017, where they were responsible for promotional ads, PC liners, and scheduling talent meetings. Gregory also worked at Texas A&M University as a Peer Advisor from September 2014 to January 2017, providing financial aid application assistance and collaborating on solutions for incomplete aid files. Additionally, Gregory gained experience as a Financial Reporting Systems Intern at Halliburton from August 2012 to July 2013.
