Emma Garton has a diverse work experience starting from 2011. Emma began their career at Waitrose, where they worked for 5 years in various roles, receiving recognition for their excellent customer service. In 2012, Emma worked as an Independent Avon Representative, where they managed their own concession and focused on building customer relationships. From 2013 to 2014, they worked as an Impact Team Member at Hollister Co. In 2016, Emma joined The Adecco Group, working their way up from Recruitment Consultant to Principal Recruitment Consultant, responsible for providing end-to-end recruitment services. In 2019, they moved to Kelkoo Group, where they worked as a Human Resources Advisor and Recruiter. In 2022, Emma joined Foxtons as an HR Advisor before moving on to their current role as a Senior People Operations Specialist at Tymit, starting in 2023. Emma's work experience highlights their expertise in HR and recruitment, customer service, and independent business management.

Emma Garton's education history begins in 2005 when they attended Weald of Kent Grammar School for their secondary education. Emma continued their studies at the same institution until 2012. After completing their secondary education, Emma enrolled at the University of Reading in 2012 and earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in English Language in 2015. In 2023, Emma pursued further education by enrolling in CIPD Qualifications, where they obtained an Associate's degree in People Management (Level 5) in 2024.
