Terry Pierce currently serves as the Director of Diversity & Inclusion at Fidelity Investments, a position held since December 2021. Previously, Terry was the Regional Recruiting Senior Manager at Moss Adams LLP from June 2015 to November 2021, leading the Diversity Ambassador recruiting team for the Central Region. Notable earlier roles include Corporate Recruiting Manager at Tuesday Morning, Operations Manager at BKD, LLP / KBA Group LLP, Coordinator for the National Convention Golf Tournament with The National Association of Black Accountants, Inc., and Assistant Director of Minority Recruiting at Ernst & Young.
