Ania Lipka-Marquez is an experienced professional with a diverse background in client experience and operations management. Currently serving as the Manager of Client Experience Associates and Business Operations Strategist at two* since November 2015, Ania has developed strong leadership skills through progressive roles including Account Liaison and Client Experience Associate. Prior experience at Design Within Reach included roles as Studio Assistant and Human Resources Intern, where responsibilities ranged from inventory management to employee program research. Earlier work as a Lab Assistant at Norwalk Community College involved preparing solutions and maintaining lab supplies. Ania holds a Bachelor of General Studies from the University of Connecticut and an Associate Degree in Accounting from CT State Norwalk.
