Jiao (Jenny) Zhou, MHRM, currently serves as HR/Admin & Sales Support at CIRRO, where responsibilities include managing team assets, providing sales support, and delivering human resources services. Prior experience includes roles as a Talent Partner at Mercury Systems, Inc., focusing on sourcing talent for various positions, and as a Human Resources Coordinator at HEVI, directly assisting the CEO. Jiao was also the VP of International Students for the RU SHRM Graduate Chapter and worked as a Teaching Assistant at Rutgers School of Management and Labor Relations. Previous roles at FedEx included Human Resources Assistant and Customer Service Representative, with significant contributions to HR processes and administration. Jiao holds a Master of Science in Human Resource Management and a Master’s degree in Labor Studies and Employment Relations from Rutgers, alongside a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from Wuhan University.
