Collette Waddle is an experienced educator with a strong background in primary education, currently working in content development at Twinkl Educational Publishing since September 2021. Prior to this role, Collette served as a Year 6 teacher for over nine years with the City of York Council, following a tenure as a senior primary teacher with Rotherham Metropolitan Borough Council from 2006 to 2017. Collette's teaching career began with Doncaster Council from 2003 to 2006. Collette holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Primary Education from Sheffield Hallam University. A passion for literacy and learning, along with expertise in mathematics, has been central to Collette's educational journey.
