Michelle Callanta has a strong background in marketing and strategy, with over 20 years of experience managing multiple projects from inception to launch. Michelle has held roles such as Chief Strategy & Innovation Officer at Color & Culture, where they develop integrated marketing campaigns using various mediums. Michelle has also worked as a Lead Media Planner and Buyer at tvScientific, a Digital Marketing, Global Media Manager at IDEXX, and a Director of Media Strategy at Bravo Group. Michelle has experience in both digital and traditional media and has successfully negotiated deals for clients. Michelle has also taught as an Adjunct Professor of Communication at Cabrini University.

Michelle Callanta earned a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Integrated Marketing Communications from West Virginia University, where they studied from 2010 to 2013. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Journalism and Mass Communications from Marshall University, completed between 1995 and 1999. Additionally, Michelle has obtained various certifications, including Social Media Marketing from HubSpot Academy in March 2023, MediaMath Academy | Programmatic Certification from MediaMath in February 2021, Facebook and Partner Measurement Solutions from Facebook Advertising in 2020, Google Analytics in October 2019, Google Search Ads 360 Basics from Google in January 2019, and Google Adwords from Google in March 2014.
