Arun Bakt is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in various positions across multiple companies. Currently serving as a Staff Software Engineer at Turo since December 2022, Arun has previously held roles at Greenstand as a Software Engineer, Khan Academy as a Senior Software Engineer, and Chegg Inc. as both a Staff and Senior Software Engineer. Arun began a career in software engineering at Workday as a Sr. Software Application Engineer and has significant tenure at Netflix Inc. as a Sr. Software Engineer. Arun earned a Master’s degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering from San Jose State University and a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from the University of Madras.
