Andy Kadrich has held various executive positions in the lawn care industry. Andy started their career at TruGreen as a Branch Manager in 1985 and worked there until 1999. From 2000 to 2002, they served as the Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Centex HomeTeam Services. In 2002, Kadrich became the CEO of Turf Masters Lawn Care, a position they held until 2022. In the same year, they became the Chief Executive Officer of Turf Masters Brands.

Andy Kadrich attended Dominican High School from 1976 to 1980. After high school, they enrolled at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee from 1980 to 1981, but did not obtain a degree. Andy then pursued a field of study in Horticulture at Milwaukee Area Technical College from 1981 to 1982.
