Sekar Venkataraman boasts significant leadership experience in manufacturing and operations management within the medical device industry. At Dentsply Sirona, from May 2018 to December 2021, Sekar Venkataraman served as Site Leader for U.S. Prosthetics, overseeing all manufacturing facets and ensuring accountability for P&L, capital expenditures, and new product launches. Prior to this, Sekar Venkataraman was Plant Manager at Lincotek Medical, focusing on compliance and profitability in joint reconstructive medical device manufacturing. A long tenure at Invacare Corporation included roles as Manufacturing Operations Manager, Purchasing/Supply Chain Manager, and Sr. Manufacturing Engineer/Manager, contributing to safety, quality, and budget management. Sekar Venkataraman holds an MBA from Bowling Green State University and a Bachelor of Technology in Chemical Engineering from Andhra University.
