Vince M. has a strong background in executive leadership roles in the gaming and entertainment industry. Vince is currently the Chief Executive Officer at GenXP since January 2020. Prior to this, they served as the Chief Executive Officer at TurboPlay starting in September 2018. Before joining TurboPlay, they were the Chief Technology Officer at BlocPlay Entertainment from January 2018 to August 2018. Vince M.'s experience also includes serving as the CEO at Stompy Bot Productions from January 2012 to December 2017, and as the President at MekTek Studios from January 2008 to May 2014.

Vince M. pursued their Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree at Cape Breton University from 2001 to 2005. Following this, they furthered their education and obtained a Master of Science (MSc) degree from the University of New Brunswick between 2006 and 2008.
