Pierre du Plessis

Pierre du Plessis has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies.

In 2016, they started as an intern at BTS, where they developed products for clients such as PwC Middle East, Bowmans, ABSA, and Virgin Mobile UAE. Pierre wrote case studies and scenarios for training programs and was part of a team that created a program for senior partners at Bowmans.

In 2017, Pierre worked as a freelance consultant at BTS, designing programs for PwC Middle East's Tax and Legal Services department and chemical company SABIC. Pierre wrote high-quality scenarios and case studies to challenge high-level employees and foster new ways of thinking.

In 2018, Pierre joined Intero Consulting GmbH as an intern and later became a Business Analyst. Pierre worked on projects for international insurance companies, assisting with financial controlling and procurement processes. Pierre had a strong focus on Excel skills, including VBA.

Also in 2018, Pierre started working at Paradox Interactive as a Content Designer. Their tasks primarily involved working on Stellaris, a sci-fi themed game. Pierre wrote narratives for the game's content, implemented them using C++ code in the in-house scripting language, and continuously maintained and improved the language. Pierre was promoted to the "Experienced" level in April 2021.

Additionally, in 2018, Pierre worked as a freelance content designer for Europa Universalis IV, creating and implementing engaging content remotely as part of a team.

Overall, Pierre du Plessis has gained experience in content design, consulting, business analysis, and project management, with a strong emphasis on writing and problem-solving skills.

Pierre du Plessis pursued their education in a chronological manner, starting with their high school education at the European School in Culham from 2004 to 2012. During this time, they studied subjects such as German, English, Maths, History, Geography, and Economics. Moving forward, they attended UCL from 2012 to 2015, where they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Ancient History. Following this, they pursued further education at Sciences Po from 2015 to 2017, obtaining a Master's Degree in International Public Management.
