Jaime Vega is an experienced professional in learning and development, currently serving as the People Acquisition and Training Manager and Learning and Development Manager at TTCU Federal Credit Union since September 2012. Jaime has a strong focus on developing employees through innovative training solutions, managing functional training programs, and overseeing the internal knowledge management system. Previous roles include Learning & Development Supervisor and Learning And Development Specialist III at TTCU, where Jaime coordinated learning paths for employees, particularly for new Credit Union Advisors. Prior to joining TTCU, Jaime held managerial positions at City National Bank and Trust and IBC Bank. Jaime holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Management from Southern Nazarene University and an Associate of Science degree in Business Administration and Management from Tulsa Community College.
