Anirvan Sen is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in leading human resources initiatives across various industries. Currently serving as an Executive Director - HR at UBS since July 2015, Anirvan oversees HR business partnering for all Group Functions in the APAC region, focusing on aligning people and culture strategies with organizational goals. Prior to this role, Anirvan held the position of Vice President - HR at Genpact from June 2006 to June 2015, where strategic planning and execution of people programs contributed to business growth and talent management. Earlier career experiences include roles at Hutch, Reliance Industries, and Tata Finance Ltd. Anirvan holds a Post-Graduate Diploma in Business Administration from TAPMI and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Jadavpur University.
