Charles Tyson Williams has extensive experience in program management, software development, and business process optimization, currently serving as Deputy Program Manager and PMO Lead at Tsymmetry since June 2019. Prior roles include Project Manager at eGlobalTech, overseeing the Department of Homeland Security's SEVP program, and Business Process Manager at Accenture Federal Services, where responsibilities spanned various military and governmental projects, including the Department of the Navy's and Department of State's systems. Earlier experiences at IBM Global Services involved providing SAP solutions and leading testing teams for major industrial clients. Charles holds dual bachelor's degrees in Industrial Engineering and Integrated Business and Engineering from Lehigh University.
