Ruhi Dusane Bhavsar has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as Director of People Operations at iBase-t since August 2018, following roles as Senior Human Resources Manager and Human Resource Manager. Prior experience includes managerial positions at Nascent Info from May 2014 to August 2018, and various HR roles at Avani Cimcon Technologies Inc., Plazma Technologies Pvt. Ltd., Sourcecon Solutions, HDFC Bank, Vertex Systems, and MileSoft software Technologies. Ruhi holds an MBA in Human Resource from Savitribai Phule Pune University and completed an Executive Development Program in Leadership & Change Management at XLRI Jamshedpur.
