Alkin Jorel Santos, CHRP, currently serves as HR & Office Coordinator at Valtech since May 2024, with prior experience as HR Generalist at Kee Platforms Limited from August 2021 to May 2024. Alkin has extensive HR administration expertise demonstrated during tenure at Publicis Sapient (December 2018 - August 2021), where contributions included the successful implementation of a Rewards & Recognition Programme and enhancements to Global Mobility processes. Earlier roles included Administration at Biz Group - UAE (September 2016 - December 2018) and various positions at Sykes Enterprises, including Team Lead and Product Trainer from October 2007 to May 2013. Alkin holds a Level 5 Associate Diploma in People Management from CIPD and a Bachelor of Science in Business/Commerce from Divine Word College of Legazpi.
