Matthew Gage is an accomplished professional in talent acquisition with extensive experience in diverse roles across various organizations. Currently serving as Vice President of Talent Acquisition at Northern Trust Corporation since May 2021, Matthew previously held positions such as Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant. Prior to that, Matthew worked at Avant as a Talent Acquisition Consultant and at Ipsos in North America as a Senior Recruiter, where significant achievements included reducing time-to-fill rates and optimizing recruitment processes. Matthew's foundational experience dates back to Wolters Kluwer, where progressive roles contributed to a transformation in talent acquisition operations.
