David Wilkie is an accomplished professional in project management and market growth, currently serving as the NSW Regional Manager and Executive Director of Market Growth at TSA Riley since July 2022, while also holding the position of Executive Director and Board Member at TSA Management since November 2018. With over 26 years of experience across both public and private sectors, David is a founding director of Xigo and the managing director of TSA New Zealand, contributing to diverse projects ranging from museums to healthcare and airports. Previous roles include General Manager for Coffey Projects and Director at Carson Group Limited, where Carson Group was sold to Coffey International in 2006. David holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering from the University of Canterbury, obtained between 1985 and 1988.
