Tom Osaer possesses extensive experience in engineering and business development within the automotive industry. Currently serving as the Sales and Marketing Manager at Posco International Corporation since January 2017, Tom Osaer oversees North American business development for the Automotive Division, managing the OEM and tier 1 sales and marketing team, along with strategic planning and execution of sales targets. Previous roles include Application Engineer at Denso International America, where Tom Osaer acted as a Resident Engineer for Ford cluster programs, and Product Design Engineer at Ford Motor Company, focusing on various projects including production line creation for F-150 and Transit Vehicles. Additional experience includes program management at CUBRC and an internship at BAE Systems. Tom Osaer holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Industrial Engineering from Purdue University and an MBA from Walsh College.
