Madeline Chen has extensive experience in the hospitality industry, starting as a Reception Manager - Duty Manager at Marina Mandarin Singapore in 2014. Madeline then moved on to work as an Assistant Catering Sales Manager at Novotel hotels before taking on the role of Sales Manager at Westin Hotels & Resorts. Madeline's career progression continued as they became an Assistant Manager - Cluster Sales at Shangri-La Group, responsible for managing accounts for multiple properties. Currently, they hold the position of Key Account Manager at TrustYou and has recently been promoted to Director of Key Account Management.

Madeline Chen obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Hospitality Management from the Swiss Hotel Management School in 2010. Madeline then pursued multiple Master of Science (MS) degrees in Global Hospitality Business, first at EHL and The Hong Kong Polytechnic University in 2019, followed by a Master's degree at the University of Houston in 2020. Madeline holds additional certifications in Hotel Industry Analytics (CHIA) from STR and Company Emergency Response Team (CERT) from the Singapore Civil Defence Force.
