Jeff Downes has extensive experience in information security, currently serving as the Global Security Operations Center Manager at Trustwave since November 2014. Prior to this role, Jeff held various positions at Shoom, Inc., including Information Security Advisor, Network Security Engineer, and Security Analyst from January 2000 to February 2014. Additional experience includes serving as Systems Director at Ad Express from January 1994 to January 2000 and as Systems Administrator at Information International Inc. from October 1981 to December 1994. Jeff Downes holds a Bachelor's Degree in Printing Management from the Rochester Institute of Technology, earned between 1977 and 1981.
