Dave Parkinson has a diverse work experience in various leadership roles. Dave started their career at The Boston Consulting Group in 1993, where they held several positions, including Partner, Director, and Chief Financial Officer. In 2001, they joined Sigma Partners as an Executive in Residence, assuming the CEO position in portfolio companies. In 2005, they became the Chief Executive Officer of Vericept Corporation and later became the CEO of Trustwave after Vericept was acquired. In Trustwave, they served as the Executive Vice President for the Americas, overseeing various departments.
Dave Parkinson earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy from Suffolk University, which they attended from 1973 to 1977. Following this, they pursued a Master of Science degree in Accounting from the D'Amore-McKim School of Business at Northeastern University between 1977 and 1978.
