Roland Giener has extensive experience in product support and service management within the machinery sector, currently serving as a Product Support Specialist at TRUMPF North America since October 2013. In this role, Giener addresses service-related issues for pressbrakes and automated bending systems in the USA, collaborates on new product introductions, ensures training for in-house and field engineers, and supervises the TruBend in-house team. Additionally, Giener holds the position of Vice President at HOA Tymber Crossings since August 2021. Prior to current roles, Giener contributed at TRUMPF Maschinen Austria as part of the International Service Competence Center, focusing on global service support and product audits, and worked at delfort as a Mechatronic Engineer, maintaining and installing machinery.
