Nathan Bonny has extensive experience in product development and engineering, currently serving as the Product Development Team Leader at Hydro-Gear since January 2004, where responsibilities include leading a team of senior engineers, managing new product designs, and overseeing the internal prototype machine shop. Previously, Nathan held positions as an Advanced Development Engineer and Product Engineer, focusing on new product development and the creation of 3D models and drawings. Early career experience includes an engineering internship at Durre Bros. Welding and Machining, where machining and welding fixtures were designed, and CNC code was developed. Nathan also gained practical experience as an undergraduate assistant and student worker at the Research Machine Shop at Southern Illinois University, where a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering was obtained. Nathan graduated from Ridgeview High School in Colfax, Illinois, in 1999.
