Laurie Crosby, CISR, AINS, CPIA, has over 30 years of experience in the insurance industry, primarily at the agency level. Currently serving as the Business Process Director at TrueNorth Companies since November 1999, Laurie Crosby has held multiple roles including Director of Account Operations-Transportation & Quality, where expertise in training, education, employee relations, and client relationship building is applied to enhance continuous process improvement in the Transportation Division. Previous roles include Director of Quality and Account Manager at Davis Jones & Lamb Insurance, as well as various positions such as Accounting/Account Manager/Office Manager at Slavia Agencies/First Iowa Insurance from June 1980 to November 1999.
