Kristine Streeter currently serves as the VP HR and Head of Global HR Operations at AIG, a position held since February 2023. Prior to AIG, Kristine worked at Kimberly-Clark from September 2018 to March 2023, where roles included Head of Global HR Operations and Head of Digital HR, Legal, and Communications. Earlier experience includes Vice President of Human Resources at Global Payments Inc. (August 2017 to September 2018), and several vice president roles at Hewlett Packard Enterprise, focusing on regions, mergers and acquisitions, and HRIS. Kristine began their career at HP, serving in various HR functions from 2004 to 2014. Academically, Kristine holds a BSBA in Business Administration with a focus on Accounting from Shorter University, and an Associate of Science in Accounting and Finance from De Anza College.
